At Amber Marie & Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

    Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached; please note that seasonal decor and clearance items are final sale.

    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your shipping instructions.

  • 3.
    Package and Ship

    Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include your receipt or packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
