The Birria "Smoke" Bomb

Craft Batch Slow Cook Seasoning

What you need: 

3 to 5 pounds of meat

8 to 16 oz. of favorite broth

-Place bomb in crockpot

-Place meat over top of bomb

-Pour broth over meat

-Cook on low approx 8 to10 hours (time can vary between crockpots)

Ingredients: Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Garlic, Guajillo, Paprika, Onion, Black Pepper, and other spices
